We have built amazing relationships with some exceptional vendors that we love and trust to put forward for your consideration. From florists, hair & makeup artists, videographers, celebrants, photographers, caterers or transportation – you name it, we have it!
Our behind the scenes process includes but is not limited to, compiling the vendors listed above, we also liaise with vendors regarding applicable discounts, we offer a full list of accommodation nearby for you to select from, provide a mood board of your ideas for styling! we provide everything to you and allow you to make the decision that best fits you. this is the perfect package for the bride who isn’t quite sure where to start but wishes to plan her special day.
Full Wedding Planning
Our full wedding planning package includes everything you will need from the start of your planning all the way until the end. We have built amazing relationships with some exceptional vendors that we love and trust to put forward for your consideration.
From florists, hair & makeup artists, videographers, celebrants, photographers, caterers or transportation – you name it, we have it!
Our behind the scenes process includes but is not limited to, compiling the vendors listed above and arranging meetings, we also liaise with vendors regarding applicable discounts, payment dates and/or plans, assist in building your wedding day run sheet, and ensure RSVP,accommodation and guest transportation requirements are all covered to ensure a stress free process for you to enjoy your special day!
Our quoted pricing also includes the Styling Concept & Creation for the consultation, design, and unlimited mood boards of all of your styling items – whether sourced through us or our liaison companies. Hire & setup costs are additional.
We also offer some amazing fully ready wedding packages in conjunction with participating venues, which can also be utilized for your special venue of choice. Sometimes it’s nice to keep the amount of vendors and payments to a minimum, however there is no pressure whatsoever. If you already have some of your dream vendors in place that too is welcomed – we look forward to helping you on your planning journey to create the most memorable memories for your special day.
On the Day Coordination
Already have your Wedding perfectly planned but just need a professional to oversee it to perfection, this is the ideal option for you!
Our team is happy to help on your special day to ensure it all runs smoothly and according to plan. From confirming all vendors the day prior, and ensured the groom is at the ready, we’ve got you covered. Starting onsite from the moment you begin getting ready, until all of the formalities are over (generally after first dance and cake cutting) we are by your side the whole way. Includes a full scheduling consult with your planner two weeks prior to the day so you know all your requirements are duly noted.
On the Day Coordination includes 8-12 hours of Coordination with 1-2 staff as required.
Ceremony and/or Reception Styling
Do you have your Ceremony or Reception styling vision in mind, or hiring basic items from our Hire Section & just need a professional to set them out on the day?
Our wedding stylists have the experience and the attention to detail to ensure no small detail is left unnoticed or untouched.
Our On The Day Setup includes 2x staff for basic setup and styling and pack up.
Style my Memorable Day
Looking at your mood board and feeling overwhelmed on how to create it all?
As qualified Wedding Stylists, we ensure your Memorable Wedding comes to life. Sometimes it just takes a professional touch to tie it all together, in turn creating a stunning concept and bringing it to light.
Pricing includes your initial consultation, digital mock table setup for peace of mind so you can see how your styling will look on the day, mood board if required to view overall design and idea, full set up and pack up on the day by 2-3 staff members depending on the size of the event.
Hire costs are additional.

When hiring Memorable Memories as your wedding planner our tasks include but are not limited to:
- Face to face consultation to discuss your ideas & dream.
- Helping you & your partner set up a budget.
- Unlimited email and phone calls.
- Site visits.
- Creation of beautiful mood boards.
- Recommendation of venue for the ceremony & reception on the desired wedding date.
- If required, finding a celebrant to book.
- Helping you & your partner select the vendors that suit your wedding day & budget, including photographers, florists, caterers, bakeries, entertainers, ect…
- Hotel reservation (if required).
- Selection of your ideal wedding invitations.
- Helping you arrange vehicle transportation if required for the date.
- Selecting Hair & Makeup artists for you & your bridal party.
- Creating a timeline & checklist for the day of your wedding.
- Ensuring all final payments have been made to vendors before their due date.
- Providing support for the Bride & Groom when required.
When hiring us as your stylist & on the day coordination our tasks include but are not limited to:
- Face to face consultation 1-2 weeks prior to your very special day.
- Visit both ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding day, if not already occurred during Planning Time.
- Development of a detailed wedding timeline & floor plan for contracted vendors & bridal party, if not already prepared during Planning Time.
- Follow up calls to all vendors the week prior of your wedding, as well as a last call the day prior.
- On-site management & supervision throughout the ceremony & reception.
- Coordination of all decor & styling for bot the ceremony & the reception.
- Up to 8 Hours of Styling and Wedding Day Coordination (*additional hours available for a small fee).
- Table set up, including centerpieces, as per your specifications.
- Ceremony & Reception coordination of both the bridal party & all guests.
- Line up musicians & cue music.
- Coordination of entertainment & all announcements /events during the reception time.
- Coordination of vendors for pack down time.
- We will be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise with our emergency kits.
